System is very slow try this

You tried everything but still system is very very slow, Then try this

Click on Start button->In search box enter cmd

Wait few seconds
Under programms  u can find cmd.exe-> Right click on that ->Select Run as Administrator

Wait for Black Screen

sfc /scannow

It will automatically repair corrupted DLL.
