How to recover a file from corrupted disk

Few days back while browsing my system was crashed, Due to high voltage

Somehow I recovered all data except few files

Then I used below option to recover my files (MS-Office files, mpeg v, mp 3, mp 4)

Take that hard disk out Insert as external drive

1). Click on Start

2). Enter cmd, Now you can get cmd.exe ->choose Run as administrator

3). In the black screen enter below commands.

4). 

You cannot do this on running drive

Because a.docx in C:\ drive

That's why take out the hard disk add as external disk to other system.Run recovery option.

You can use this option for hard disks\pendrives\SDcard not tested
